By accessing or using our Service (including logging in with Facebook), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Facebook Login and Your Account
- We use Facebook Login to authenticate you and access limited data (e.g., public profile, email, friends list, or public interactions) only with your permission.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- You agree to comply with Facebook’s Terms of Service and Platform Policies when using Facebook Login.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- View occasion suggestions and personalized gift recommendations.
- Preview and customize gifts from SpaceStylist.com.ng.
- Share or purchase gifts (redirected to SpaceStylist for checkout).
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws (including Nigeria Data Protection Act).
- Scrape, copy, or misuse data from the Service or Facebook.
- Interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
- Impersonate others or create multiple accounts without permission.
- Transmit spam, viruses, or harmful content.
4. User Content and Conduct
Any content you upload (e.g., photos for customization or messages) remains your property, but you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process it solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for your content and must not post anything infringing, harmful, or offensive.
5. Third-Party Services
- The Service integrates with Facebook and SpaceStylist.com.ng. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
- Purchases are completed on SpaceStylist.com.ng.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accurate occasion detection, gift availability, or uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, FCT.
